In the app, open Me → Delete account and type DELETE. Your account and the data linked to it are removed from our servers right away.

Can't sign in? Email support@poopverse.app from the email address linked to your account and include your username (with Sign in with Apple and a hidden email, your username is enough). We'll delete it and confirm by email. Your selfie and local game data live only on your phone, so delete the app to remove them too.

Have Poopverse PLUS? Deleting your account doesn't cancel the subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings first (see below).

Your gems and your Poopverse PLUS status are saved to your Poopverse account, not to your phone. On a new or reset device, sign in the same way as before (the same Apple ID or the same email) and they'll come back.

Still missing something? Email us your username and the order ID from your receipt:

• iPhone: find it at reportaproblem.apple.com or in your Apple receipt email.
• Android: open Google Play, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history.

To manage or cancel PLUS: on iPhone go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. On Android open Google Play, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google.

• In the app, open the Me tab and go to Push notifications. Switch whole groups on or off (Friends, Pranks & gifts, Competition, My poop, Reminders), or tap Pause 1 hour or Pause today.
• Daily reminders, like the morning throne call, are under Me → Reminders.
• Quiet hours are on by default: we don't send push notifications between 11 pm and 7 am in your time zone.
• To turn everything off, go to your phone's Settings → Notifications → Poopverse.

Not getting notifications? Check that they're allowed for Poopverse in your phone settings, and that Focus or Do Not Disturb isn't on.

• Block: in Throne Chat, tap the ⋯ menu at the top, then 🚫 Block and their name. The chat closes right away, they can't Throne Chat with you again, and they can't send you new friend requests.
• Unblock: open the Me tab and go to Throne Chat → Blocked.
• Report a message: in Throne Chat, press and hold the message, then tap Report. Reported messages are kept for up to 30 days so a human can review them.
• Anything else, like a rude username or caption: email support@poopverse.app with their username and what happened. Screenshots help.

If someone is in danger, contact your local emergency services first.

Throne Chat only exists while you and your friends are all on the throne with your timers running. It's for accepted friends only, never people you've blocked.

The chat closes for everyone as soon as:

• anyone in it flushes or cancels their timer,
• someone blocks another member, or
• 30 minutes pass, whichever comes first.

When it closes, its messages are deleted from our servers. The only exception is a reported message, which is kept for up to 30 days for review. Links, email addresses and phone numbers are removed automatically, and some words are masked. Other people could still take a screenshot, so keep it friendly.

Don't want it? Turn it off under Me → Throne Chat.

Check your spam or junk folder, and make sure you typed your email correctly. Codes expire, so request a new one if it's been a while. Still stuck? Email us from the address you're trying to use.
